Cancellation Policy - CLLC Global Citizen Summer Camp

Notice of intent to cancel participation must be made in writing to OSU Center for Languages, Literatures and Cultures (CLLC) registration by emailing CLLCPrograms@osu.edu.  The terms of cancellation are the following:

• Cancellation requests received more than 14 days prior to the start date of the camp will incur no liabilities and are entitled to a full refund.

• Cancellation requests received within 8 to 14 days prior to the start date of the camp will incur an administration fee equal to 50% of the registration fee.

• Cancellation requests received within 7 days prior to the start date or after the commencement of the camp will incur an administration fee equal to 100% of the registration fee.

Credit for future OSU CLLC camps is not available.

OSU CLLC reserves the right to cancel the camp, change the camp location, or change instructors. If the camp must be canceled due to low enrollment or unforeseen issues (e.g. pandemic closures), or the location of the camp needs to be modified, registrants will be informed as soon as possible. If in the event the CLLC does not make an alternative date due to postponement, then a full refund of the registration fee will be awarded.
