Purchase Orders

For schools and institutions: 

To request an estimate for purchase order, please send an email with the subject "Purchase Order" to cllcstore@osu.edu.

Shipping will be added the estimate. Please note, your PO should have a tax exempt ID number in the state of Ohio. 

All purchase orders should have a billing address, "ship to" address, telephone number, and contact name, as well as the product information: ISBN, title, author, and quantity.
