Return Policy

We hope you're satisfied with our products. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, we review returns on a case-by-case basis.

Please send us an email request for permission to return at cllcstore@osu.edu.

Invoices must be paid in full at the time of the return request. We will be unable to accept returns of invoices over 30 days.

Items containing media and special order items are non-refundable.
